At Dibs, we ship art, merch, and good vibes worldwide! Here’s everything you need to know about how your order gets to you.

 

 

1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

Custom items (like commissioned illustrations) may take longer, depending on the scope—we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

 

 

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer both domestic and international shipping.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

 

You’ll see available shipping options (standard, tracked, express) during checkout before confirming your order.

 

 

3. Estimated Delivery Times

🇩🇰 Denmark: 2–4 business days

🌍 International: 5–15 business days

Note: These are estimates. Delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or carrier issues.

 

 

4. Tracking Your Order

If tracking is included in your shipping option, you’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking info to update.

 

 

5. Customs & Duties

For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country.

These fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the shipping cost.

 

 

6. Shipping Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

 

  • Contact us at hello@dibstores.com with your order number

  • We’ll work with the carrier and do our best to resolve the issue

 

 

 

7. Digital Products

Digital items (like illustrations or downloads) are delivered via email or direct download and do not require shipping.
