Refund Policy

At Dibs, each piece is made with care—and we want you to love what you receive. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.
1. Physical Products (Mugs, T-Shirts, Prints, etc.)
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

You’ll need proof of purchase (your order number or receipt).
Not eligible for return:

Custom-made or personalized items

Sale items or gift cards
Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
To request a return, email us at hello@dibstores.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll gladly offer a replacement or full refund—just send a photo of the issue along with your order number.
3. Digital Products (Downloads, Custom Digital Illustrations)
All digital sales are final.
Due to the nature of digital files, we cannot offer refunds once the file has been delivered.
However, if you experience issues accessing your download or are unhappy with a custom illustration, please contact us—we want to make it right.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your return and approve the condition, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
